where does one find good staff for their pharmacy?

how do u recruit a good dispenser\mca? where do u advertise? i have tried reed, total jobs, even gumtree no luck! please help getting desperate

Local newspaper or even shop window.
Mrs Pharmanaut has had a result from both approaches.
If in shop window prepare an briefing on the job and an application form.
You can then just hand these out to anyone interested.
Worth stating that applicants will be subject to CRB checks.

Knightsbridge? Where is the labour pool you would be recruiting from? Have not noticed much social housing in knightsbridge. Local girls would want Fridays and Saturdays off to go to a country house party. Might try sneaking an advert into Harrod's staff room.

You could always consider a Recruitment Consultant! Pharmacy is a very niche market and there are very few "cheap" places to advertise. As an agy. we do sometimes have to stalk our prey which takes time and effort. This you will have to pay for. There are 1000,s of reasons you should go this route and the only real negative - cost.

P.S. As an agency we are always looking for good Candidates locum or permanent...

Totally agree....and advertise in the local papers. Much cheaper and you are more likely to recruit a local person.
