    RP template letter to employers

I am still not clear in my head about all this RP stuff, and how it affects us from an employment point of view. I am employed by one of the large multiples, and we have had no guidelines other than the SOPs and the companies version of the Toolkit that raises many questions.
My feeling with this letter draughted by the PDA for us, is that we are opening the door for requesting our employers to clarify our new standing in the profession.
Has anyone else signed and sent this letter??

Have not signed nor sent any letter because I am a locum.

Strongly recommend that you go to the PDA mini-conference on RP this Sunday at the NEC. It's free.

I am also wondering about this - nothing about changes to employment contracts or anything has been forthcoming from my company. I have thought about sending the PDA 'template 2' letter to ask for consultation on it - but I'm not really sure what I should be asking for and if I will just be creating bad feeling since no-one else seems to be bothered and acting as if nothing is different...

I'm going to go to the PDA meeting at the pharmacy show on Sunday to see if I can get some advice on it there.

Unfortunately I cant get to the meeting on Sunday - tis a bit far. But PLEASE let us all know your feelings and thoughts after digesting the information from there.
I fear it is the same old story, we Pharmacists tend to wrok in isolation, thus the companies have the upperhand as we have no-one to back us up in our individual workplaces.
