What do Pharmacists do in a community pharmacy?

Hi i am considering in studying pharmacy and i would like to know exactly what the role of a phamacist is in a community pharmacy.
i know they dispense medecine and things like that but i want know exactly the process of this.Also do pharmacist do other things like blood testing? And what do the pharmacy technicians do? Also any other intresting information will be appriciated.

The general job in community is to support the Pharmacist and do a fair bit in the dispensary so it helps free them up to try to complete all the impossible targets set by H/O's of various multiples. If your lucky (as a tech), you get to work and learn with a fantastic Pharmacist. If you are unlucky, you get one that treats you like a general dogs body.

Official job descriptions rarely tell you the true picture of that particular job.

Can you try and see if you can do some kind of "work experience" at your pharmacy or have a chat with the pharmacist there?
