Some of them have inflated ideas about their importance.

    Do not mention Companies

    Guys......

Please stop mentioning companies by name. If they trace you - and they have internet spies, trust me - they will dismiss you.

Never, ever mention a person or company by name, on this site, Facebook, Twitter or any others you can think of.

And asking this kind of question is the way they start. Next comes PMs to try and get more information, then the chop.
    ....just my opinion

the reason i asked such a question was i had some problems with the fact that some supervisors treat there staff and pharmacists like crap the ability to enpower others. i respect that supervisors have an important role in running the pharmacy but everybody is entitiled to respect in the workplace.

    No question about your motives.
I think people are saying be a bit more circumspect about mentioning company names in posts.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................

Great advice. NEVER say the company name or anything that can clearly identify a company. Please be careful.

    But to answer your question:
Yes you can end up working with folk who would normally be considered under qualified to work the fryer in a burger bar and I know exactly how you feel but there are things you can do.
You should try to talk to the person in question first
If that's not possible or doesn't work, approach your manager
Then, you may need to discuss the issues with the cluster lead, OSM or Area manager.
If you feel unable to deal with things that way, then there is the helpline. Speak to someone, don't suffer in silence.....
