Im becoming increasingly frustrated with working within a certain company and am tempted to set up locuming on my own. Apart from getting work, does anyone know if as a dispenser would you need insurance?
no market for dispenser locums. simply because there is no requirement to have 1 dispenser or 10 dispensers at a pharmacy. multiples can always get away with being understaffed. total abolish of pharmacist personal control would bring a tragedy, and an end for locuming era.
Im aware of what your saying, iv been approached by several agencies but wondered if i could attract the work myself, having been in an area relief role for a significant period
