well, lay out your ideas, then we can comment on them and suggest variations on a theme to you or avenues of thinking worth pursuing. At the moment your question is a bit too general for my poor coffee-addled brain to cope with!

I've gone for Drug Tarrif, clinical services and proprietary branded products (alli, imigran etc) but these are just my opinions - looking for inspiration!
