Ehc on pgd -help required!

hi, on our PGD the criteria for inclusion is written as:

'is the client beyond the 3rd day of a spontaneous menstrual cycle? Yes/No
OR
has the clint missed her contraception pill?' yes/no

What does the first part mean? is answer for inclusion to be yes or no? what if patient was on day 2?

clarification would be appreciated

you'd be best checking with the PCT or people who wrote PGD

All PGD's will be slightly different, on ours we don't have those specific questions.

Generally we give pill as long as no contraindications. Gives pt peace of mind.
