I have read that Pharmacy premises registered for less than 3 years cannot be under the control of an EU qualified Pharmacist. What is the ruling for a Commonwealth Pharmacist that registered here prior to the change in reciprocity agreement??

As I understand it, the 3 year rule has always been in place, it's just that nobody noticed/enforced it (!) until recently - change/review in the reciprocity agreement; coupled with the multiple led flood of EU pharmacists (now a receding tide....) - brought it to the fore.
I was able to phone the NPA today, and the 3 year rule does only apply to European qualifieds. Thus us down under trained wombles are exempt.
Well it just isn't fair!!!! (Thows toys out of cot)
