What does a fentalis patch look like?

I have a new patient who says she gets a very irritating rash from the adhesive on many of the fentanyl patches that she has had dispensed; She says that she once had a brand that suited her, the patches were round or oval, and looked "like a big blister"; So it got me wondering whether they might have been a form of reservoir patch, rather than a matrix-type one; has anyone ever seen a fentalis patch "in the flesh"? are they oval and look like a blister?
    Thanks!

looks to me as basically, all patches cut from a large sheet. Mine are all oblong and just vary in size.

That's the case for matrix-type patches; But I'm looking for a Reservoir-type patch. My latest musings seem to reveal that Fentalis is just another matrix-type, so I'm now concentrating my efforts on Tilofyl: has anyone seen one of these "in the flesh", are they round/oval?

Tilofyl is a reservoir patch. It is supplied by a company called Tillomed so maybe they have an information department that could help you. There should also be a product description in the ABPI compendium of SPCs.

I've definitely seen/denatured a patch that was round and like a blister, can't remember the brand though sorry. I think I'd remember if it had been anything unusual (ie not a brand we usually dispense) so it probaby was Tilofyl.

Does that make sense? I don't do mornings!

They probably could... if only I could get through.
    1st call this morning: engaged.
    2nd call: still engaged.
3rd call, after my morning rush: "they're having lunch"
4th call, 4.29pm: "they've just left, the offices close at 4.30"...

Never mind, I'll try again next week...
