The company who didn't pay me for 13 weeks, lost my banking details a few times, lost all my expense claims, lost my cross sector placement form, prevented me from going on cross sector placement by threatening me with not being signed off, ran training days where the trainer thought there were trick questions in the registration calculations paper has not offered me a relief manager position.
I think i'm relieved. Apparently I'm not good with teamwork and have more confidence speaking to doctors than I do my team.
Anyway I'm relieved. 45 hours for 34K is slightly insulting esp. considering the travel and compulsory saturdays. Adding in travelling this could easily rise to over 60 hours a week away from the house (due to the notorious M1 and M62).
I'm thinking of locumming and enrolling on the clinical diploma with a view to a prescribing course.
Thats my rant over
Bring on the pre-reg exam!
