Can't remember exactly, but failing memory brings back information that orodispersible were like the melt in your mouth wafers. Dispersible where 'soluble tablets'.

Feldene Dispersible Tablets and Feldene Melt (Orodispersible tablets) were indeed two different products. The former, is now discontinued: (SPC changes / Prescription products / Counter products / Discontinued products / Products miscellany). The dispersible tablets were taken by placing the tablet in a glass of water, allowing it to disperse and then swallowing. However, patients could if they preferred swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Patients prescribed Feldene Melt (Orodispersible tablets) should be counselled to place the tablet on their tongue and then close their mouth allowing the tablet to dissolve. The tablet will dissolve within a few seconds. However, if they prefer, they can swallow the tablet with some water.
