It's not even worth beginning to attempt to explain calender packs, original packs, nearest pack size etc with most customers.
I have been asked on literally hundreds of occasions why we open a sealed, perfectly-presented factory-produced 30-day calender pack and roughly chop two tablets off with an old pair of blunt scissors, to completely defeat the purpose of why the pack was manufactured to aid patient compliance in the first place.

My answer?

'You are absolutely correct..I agree it's bloody stupid, but you have to understand It's the law'.....
