Bring in a veterinary CD script and expect it to be dispensed on the day, preferably within 5 minutes. It's a pharmacy - they should have these things in right ?

I have yet to see this although once a staff member scanned a brown bottle with a barcode on, not realising until the lady told him, that it contained her urine sample.

Same thing happened to me..a lucozade bottle full to the brim..I scanned it and asked for €1.40..it looked like bloody lucozade! Only then did she tell me it was her sample.

We had one in a milk jug in a carrier bag.
Young female customer did not warn us.
Rule 1 : always carry the pregnancy test sample upright as handed to you by the customer.

Your lucky they even read the leaflet most of our patients don't even acknowledge the doctors message about 48 hours notice or the fact that Saturday and Sunday don't count.
