    rent in health centre

    any one out there with a rough idea of what rentals are in health centre pharmacy?? anyone think that etp might lower rental/premium values as punters can go where they want to get their goodies??

    How long is a piece of string? So many factors. Main factor may if you get drawn into bidding against others for the right to go in. I would think the bottom range might be 12000 pa,top end might be as much as 30000+??
    What do others think?
    Would any one share experiences of dealing with developers such as Matrix etc??
