Default pharmacy manager as opposed to pharmacist manager

I know quite a few pharmacy nowadays have non-pharmacist pharmacy managers as well as pharmacists.

What is the average salary for a pharmacy manager. What are the advantages disadvantages?

I once locumed at a branch which had an ACT as the manager. It was fine.

I think that they are trying to take some pressure off so you can check those 600 items a day without complaining about the lack of support staff.
