why do community techs have a bad attitude?

I dont like complaining but this is annyoing me so much. The techs (I work with) have a very bad attitude towards everyone, especially the pharmacist, I know without then you can run a pharmacy but why be sooooo grumpy. I dont know why, but most of the techs i worked with huff and puff all the time. Its just so depressing after having worked your socks of for 4 years and then end up with people that are just ...annyoing.

Right now I end up doing the most boring job and I dont get a chance to do the more pharmacy things like smoking cessation. I dont know what to do. Should I tell them what i want to do and that doing dosette boxes all day is not what i should be doing ???????

So you would be happy for me to come on here and say that ALL pharmacists are lazy, incompetent wastes of space? I bet you wouldn't be and would be quick to defend your fellow professionals. So why deny me the right to speak up for fellow techs who are being slagged off by someone who clearly believes that he is too good for the job? Witness his riposte to my reply.

Perhaps if he stopped being so arrogant and treated the techs as human beings he might find that they are wonderful human beings with just as much right to oxygen as he has. I'm really fortunate that I haven't had to work with people like him and his fellows. Every pharmacy that I've worked in has had happy workers who all pull together as a team. No one gets dumped on and no one gets slagged off. We go out for nights out together and generally have a really good atmosphere in the pharmacy.

I feel nothing but pity for him that he doesn't have the wit to recognise that his career will be spent with techs and dispensers and as long as he thinks they are beneath his contempt then he will have a miserable working environment.

I must admit you don't appear to carry much respect for pharmacists. Have you had issues in the past?

Best thing to do is ignore such debate you just give more fuel to the fire thats what I learned just leave it as it is!
