If it comes to it, try the staff to see if any one has a room you could stay in during the week.

Your options are to accept the post or refuse it.

If you refuse then you have the problem of finding a new place.

Accept it and simply book into a hotel for four nights per week. I had a similar problem when I was a student physio. I had to travel from 6 in the morning until 8 at night. It half killed me and it was for only four weeks. You will be too tired to study and you won't give your best at work.

I learned from my experience and the next time the placement office sent half way across the country I booked into a B&B. As I was staying for four weeks the B&B offered me a special rate which saved about one third of their normal rates. Mine was over a pub so there was always someone there to talk to on an evening as it can feel a bit lonely being away all week.

If you travel to work on a Monday and return home on a Friday you will have two full days at home to relax and catch up with your husband!
