evidence for preformance standards

Ive just started pre-reg was w.ondering how everyones going about putting evidence together. Is it better writing it up daily or making small notes and wrting them up weekly.

I would say write as you go along and as you find evidances as i left them to be written for weekends and it never happens and build up so i would write it as im doing it or on same day atleast.

I do it on weekly basis but this is only because my place is very busy therefore I'm exhausted at the end of the day. I only manage to revise in the evenings.
