MUR Audit Topic?

Its that time of the pre-reg year that I have to conduct an audit on MURS. The trouble is I cannot see anything wrong with how the MUR service is provided, most patients are happy with the service. Does anyone have any suggestions for a title I can use for my audit topic to do with Murs, I was thinking along the lines of clinical interventions, but cannot thing of a specific question

You dont you look at how you can increase the number of murs carried out in the branch and link that to the quality of murs.

you say you think most patient's are happy with MUR's - how do you evaluate this?
I'm a pre-reg tutor and I think you've got the potential for a very good audit topic - a good idea would be a telephone exit pole for patient's who have used the service - what was good, what not so good (eg time, opportunity to ask questions/get answers etc) and some sort of feedback from other healthcare professionals who may receive a copy of the MUR eg GP, ASTHMA NURSE etc - ???
