Does anyone have a spare copy of the MEP 34? (Last year's print)

Or does anyone know an online copy?

I suspect mine has been taken by one of the various locums who covered my store in a 2 week span. I asked the agency, noone was willing to cough it up, shame, it was tagged and highlighted with extra notes written everywhere.
