Lots of graduates in India who did 3-4 years and failed finals. Call themselves B.Sc,(failed).
No escaping exams.

oh my god thats not what i meant!
today one of the crisis team nurses asked me a question regarding a patient kardex and then she asked if i was a qualified so i can help her with gentamicin dosing, I told her no because i thought you need to sit your registration exam (GPhC) in june and passs it and then you are a qualified pharmacist????!!!
yes.

i thought so...
There was no reason why you couldn't help her despite not being qualified though - how else do you learn ? When I worked as a pre-reg on the wards on my own, I didn't refer all queries on to a pharmacist. If you're confident that you knew where to look for advice on gent levels, eg trust guidelines then you could point this out. If you're not sure, tell whoever is asking you that you'll check with a pharmacist.
