i am finding it extremely hard starting my audit. I have no idea what to do or the data collection thing. I am really fed up!!!!!!!!!! I have not written an audit before and i dont imagine any other pre-reg has. Is your tutor not meant to at least guide you or give you some hints or something else? I mean i need to start data collecting before january. I dont like leaving things for last minute but this is how it looks now. I have looked up how to write audits and i have tried following it.
these are really simple audits . I already have a topic "adherence to an IV monograph in septic neonates", however i have no idea what to do. I have written an intro for the audit but thats all! everyone else has finished their data collection
