Endorsing.

Hi everyone ,

I am new to the forum and would like to get involved with this site as I am a month into my pre-reg. Would just like to ask a question about endorsing methadone and weekly prescriptions. My tutor mentioned that methadone scripts should be endorsed as 'forms, items, extra items and supervisions' and that weekly scripts were endorsed 'forms, items and supervisions'. I could be talking nonsense here so would be good if someone could confirm for me.
