Who thinks they have definately passed the june exam?

i was just wondering what people's views are, to be honest with you i really don't remember the exam that much all i remember is feeling it went okay, not really bad or really well. what do other people think? are you waiting for your results with a definite feeling of having passed the exam? or are you not so sure?

In truth it was a decent exam overall. If you revised for the exam well and felt good on the day then you should feel confident that you've passed.

When I think about it logically - i.e passed calculation section and probably didnt get over 51 questions wrong in total then I think - yeah ive passed. But you never know. Its not that I dont think i've passed, its that I am terrified by the possibility of having failed...if you get me. Bring on 22nd July!!!!

just out of curiosity is this correct? to pass the exam you need minimum 14/20 in calcs, 63/90 in closed and 42/60 in open book? which is 70% in each component?

You don't need to get 70% in each exam, but 70% across the whole of the mcq's, i.e 105/150 (90 closed and 60 open).

what time will results be available on the day online?

On the website it says from noon but Ive heard that it goes up by around 10.30am. However I doubt there is much consistency year to year. good luck!

I hope they don't f*ck up the results as much as they f*cked up the exams. Just to clear up, they combine both papers for your score and you have to get 70% overall, but you also have to get 70% in just the calculation section as well. I know I did well enough in the normal questions as I added up all the ones I defo knew in the closed book plus ones I checked after the exam plus the open book was just picking up free marks. What I'm worried about is the calculations as I can't remember any of the questions or any of the answers I gave in enough detail to check what I wrote lol! And even if I did I wouldn't want to in case I got a nasty shock lol. Plus, anyone else worried that they did something stupid like filled in the answers for each question in the next questions space or something? I know its stupid, but it would be the worst thing ever!
