Few MEP questions bugging me :(

    1. Is keep reach out of children on a dispensed label a LEGAL requirement or is it god practice? I kept thinking it was LEGAL requirement, until i read this in the MEP : THE SOCIETY WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THAT PHARMACISTS PLACE THE PHRASE "KEEP OUT OF REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN" ON DISPENSING LABELS AS GOOD PRACTICE, TO BE IN LINE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUFACTURERS. THIS IS A GOOD PRACTICE REQUIREMENT AND NOT MANDATORY.

    Please help

"Keep out of the reach of children" is a legal requirement (1.2.6.1 e) )

    "and sight" is good practice.
