Pre-reg application form

Hi guys,

I have sent my application + photo form with 1st class recorded delivery on the 04/05/2011 (placement starts on 1st of August 2012). I didn't include a pre-paid envelope so they can't tell me that they have recieved it.
However just to make sure I checked Royal Mail's track and trace a few days ago and today and it still says,

"Your item has reached the delivery office and is out for delivery.

We can confirm that your item left the delivery office this morning and should arrive shortly if it hasn’t been delivered already."

The deadline is on the end of May. GPHC have not took the registration fee £174 from my bank yet. Anyone applied for this year have they took your money yet/anyone know when they process the forms?

This morning I called Royal Mail and they said that the letter likely got lost.
I will be sending another application either today or tomorrow but will someone please confirm if the above address is correct?

Vaguely remember doing this last year and I think that is the address you send it to. It certainly is the address where we send pre-reg related stuff ie appraisals. Best way of making sure stuff gets sent there is by special next day delivery. Costs a bit more than recorded delivery (which just gets sent as 1st class mail) but its worth it. They lost my pre-reg contract which I had to get resent and since then I've sent stuff by special delivery.
