the way i know im ready for an exam is that im very bored of revision and the information seems like second nature to me and i feel it should be more complicated.
i suffer anxiety for exams and i good tip someone taught me was to close my eyes, scrunch up every muscle in my body and feel how straining it is it is then slowly whilst breathing out relax the body, taking note of your breathing and heart rate i do it just before the exam whilst everyone else is fussing. it does look a bit weird but if you're comfortable doing it it lowers your heart rate and breathing just for the exam starting.

Yeahhhhh for Wikipedia.
So from what people say you shouldn't sit this exam unless you know you're ready? I am close to having panick attacks because i feel so unprepared, i've passed a few of the mock papers i've tried, i'm hit and miss with calculations, getting better but there's some i'll just never know how to do.
Basically is it silly to go through with the exam next week? I have learnt alot over the year but i'm still so scared about the exam. But then thinking shall i just have a go and hope it goes ok, or is that just a stupid way of going about it? God I cannot wait for next week to be over.
Advice from anyone- was anyone not feeling completely prepared but still did ok? Or most people new the BNF inside out..? Meh.
