2nd time Exam Entry: Need a solicitor for entry?

Second Time Candidates
In order to be entered for the 2011
examination sittings as a second attempt, you
must submit:
- Examination entry form
- Examination Fee Payment form
- Two (2) certified photograph
The 2 certified photos, does it need to be done by a solicitor and the same person?

No any one regarded as being in a position of responsibility, same as for a passport. I have signed these myself.
