its like anything else you get off ebay....you need to trust the seller enough that what you're paying for is what is displayed in the picture...for peace of mind i would buy it from somewhere more trusting, or go to your local hospital and ask if they ahve an old copy you can have for the exam!

ive brought a bnf from ebay before. Its cheaper than amazon. You can usually pick them up for £10 for the latest edition.
