I need all assistance and help from all of you to how to conduct audit for waiting time in pharmacy

how can set standers and what they should be
what type of standers we would be looking for in waiting time audit

prescription waiting time in pharmacy

standers: 90% of prescription will be completed with in 8 minutes
10% of prescription will be completed with in 8-9 minutes but less then 10 minutes
observation: i will be able to get daily average waiting time in range of(let's suppose 5-7 minutes) and patients have to wait wait less then 10 minutes(let's suppose between 90%-67%). how i will be able to relate this with my standers?

how can i compare results with the standers ........and if results would be less or equal or more then standers then what kind of things i have to look for which affecting the waiting time of prescription and how can i put then in audit.
