    STEP programme

    Hello everyone!

    I am currently doing my pre-reg in community and wanted to apply for the STEP program in London for 2011.

    Has anyone got any tips on the application process and the subsequent interview??

    Did you get an interview?

    If so, apparently they like asking prioritisation questions, and questions about you. There is a clinical element but they're not looking for what you know, it's more about your thought processes. Good luck.
