I'm trying to find a good hotel where I can sleep well before the night of the exam at a reasonable price without bed bugs, wi-fi and a good study desk.
Can anyone recommend a decent place to stay? Otherwise it's a 4 hour journey to the exam centre in the morning.
I stayed at Wellington hotel, just 2 minutes walk from the halls. Victorian style hotel with no ensuite, common dormitory stile bathrooms. 60 quid for a night double room, had to share with a friend. Very small room, but has a table and a sink and a TV (if you intend to watch) No lift. Breakfast included. I gave this sumer, so very hot and even after keeping the windows open and just in your shorts I could barely sleep (added to the exam tension) No wifi. I carried a mobile broadband with me so could check my mails, watch some funny videos to relax, etc. To be frank I could hardly do any revision the night before. I advice complete all your studies before you reach the place and relax the night before and you will be fine.

p.s: never book through any travel websites, book direct by visiting the hotel's website or by calling them. It is central London so the cheapest was 60 quid.
This is an important time for you, and sometimes in life it's not just all about getting the cheapest deal.
Why don't you just spend a few quid on a nice place and relax. It will pay off in the long run...believe me.
