Irrespective of whether you will have to wear a "uniform" in the issued by the company sense - your "uniform" will be smart trousers and a shirt/blouse to reflect the professional that you are training to be.
However, surely you are not going to base your choice of company for prereg on whether or not you have to wear a uniform? There are far more important things such as whether you like the company, their reviews from past preregs and any other experiences you have with them which should be more pivotal in your decision making process?
Not sure what the problem is;
Uniform : saves buying clothes for work.
Also changing out of it when you get home puts 'closure' on the day.
Only problem is if you only get one set laundering is a nightmare.
Non-uniform : Please dress to a high standard and look 'business' smart. It reflects on you as a professional.
