So yesterday I joyously found that I had passed my exams, so this morning have sat down to fill out the forms... However, I need to know what I need to say about my speeding fines.
The Registration Guidance for Trainees document (1 (a)) states that if I have recieved two or more fixed penalty notices then these must be declared to the Society. However the form I need to sign, states that fixed penalties do not need to be declared.
I unfortunately have 3 points (SP30) on my licence at the moment (no ban, with £60 fine). And previously I have had 3 points from 2004'ish again, no ban, £60 fine.
How do I go around telling them? The form states that I should fill in the Something to Declare form (which I cannot find on the site! - any links anyone), but only if I have answered yes to qu. 4.4 to 4.10 - which speeding fines are all no's for.
I hope this is simple to someone, and they can explain it to me!
