Is there any law in this country that states the minimum number of holidays a full time employee is entitled to. Does every employer have to adhere to this?

Also is there regulation as to the number of hours contact time a tutor must have with his trainee? Like does the tutor always have to be there?

Is doing pre-reg in the evening like till 12AM a good idea or is it just a case of adapting and getting into the routine.
