Preparing for an interview with prepared specific examples of when you have demonstrated key skills an interviewer is looking for is the best way.
Even if the interviewer/company does not ask specific "Give me an example of ..." questions, if you provide specific examples anyway then you will stand out over other candidates when the interviewers are reviewing.
