You will have to realise that getting into uni is only the first step of a long ladder. At every step there will be lots of other qualified people and you will have to stand out in some way. List all your good points, interests etc and also list what may be bad points. Then check them out with friends and do what you can to 'increase the positive do away with the negative and don't be Mister In Between'.
With the increase in student numbers and few regular pharmacists available for training, will only get harder. There was a government scheme to encourage employers to take on apprentices, find out about that.
