Whats the best pre-reg online learning site?

    1. Pharmacy-forum has lots of current topic information from real pharmacists which will keep you on your toes for the exam.

    2. www.rpsgb.org.uk the societies website full of lots of official documents- a bit boring in my opinion, but a must!

    3. Pharmacy knowledge - RPSGB prereg exam revision an ok website with a few useful bits here and there, some useful stuff on OTC

    4. Pharmacy CPA - RPSGB exam revision cool site with a free section to practice exams

    5. Pharmacy - a one-stop resource for pharmacists : MHRA - lots of juicy info on patinet safety in a nice online learning package for pharmacists

A most welcome post minisini, as you have clearly taken the time to provide the forum's pre-registration and student members with some valuable starting points, in order that they may find answers to many questions they may have by themselves, by simple googling. You obviously realise that whilst qualified members of this forum are always happy to help, we are not here to do students' homework for them.

Keep up the good work, minisini, and best of luck!

Never overestimate the intelligence of students. They will still ask the same questions time after time.

what made any of u think minsini was trying to get someone to do her work for her? if you take te time to look at the resources you will find that they are websites with sample prereg exam questions and they just wanted someone who has used them to give an honest review if they are worth paying a subscription.
where i work all qualified pharmacists help the preregs in everyway possible with exam preparation so that they pass.

    Innocent, just a few suggestions.
    1. you have not read Minisini's post or the replies with care and understanding. Pleaase re-read them, or show them to the qualifieds you trust and have them explain them to you. I think they will explain to you that forum members here have been enthusiastically supportive.

    2. Not only have you not taken the time to consider whether your own contribution is correct and/or helpful, you have not even taken the trouble to spell Minisini's name correctly.

When you see all this, let us know and we will have these unnecessary additions to Minisini's excellent post removed.
    ....just my opinion

Yeah I used a few different resources, the best I found was PharmacyCPA. It has everything in one place all these random links to different Pre-reg sites, loads of questions, actual practice exams, really good admin support, helpful forum. The only downside is it seemed a bit bare when I used it, not enough people in my opinion...

I also found that my tutours CPD folders where really useful. I got access to his log on line and its like pharmacist have to do their own competancies, will the pre-reg ever end!?!?!

Welcome to the journey of life-long learning and documenting it MrPharms.
Sometimes the documenting takes longer than the learning, especially if you are one of those people who can't seem to fit more than 24 hours into a day.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................
