DISPENSING ASSISTANT COURSE NPA MOD 4 case help needed with Measured and fitted

hi i have nearly finished the dispensing assistant course but on module 4 it has some case studies, i need a prescription for measured and fitted prescriptions for hosiery
please help anyone our chemist is quite small and we haven't had any for ages,if anyone could help i'd be really really grateful

If you have no facilities for measuring, eg consultation room with couch, just put N/A as no facilities.

We don't offer this service in our pharmacy. So I discussed with the pharmacist and wrote that although we didn't offer the service ourselves,then explain what you would do.

you would need to write something extra in the endorsing side if measurred and fitted!as you get paid extra only if you do this as per drug tariff suggests to do this.it can be found in the module.hope this helps.lilly.
