UK Pharmacist wanting to work in USA

I am planning a move to the US and have started to look into how I gain licensure over there. It appears that I am going to struggle to achieve the FPGEC since I graduated in the UK prior to 2003, and do not have a 4yr undergraduate degree.
Would be grateful to hear from anyone else who has explored working in the US and how the registration process was achieved - cost and time would also be helpful.
