Hiya!

I just joined today! Thought I'd introduce myself... though I'm *VERY VERY SHY* . My name is Helen, I'm 24 and I just qualified as a pharmacist in July last year. I was from Hong Kong originally, came to UK when I was about 13, and did my pharmacy degree at London School of Pharmacy. I did my pre-reg with Lloyds in Bristol, and am still working for them at the moment...

I don't like Pharmacy to be honest... but... it's mainly my parents idea so... *sigh*

I'm *very very* childish in real life (like kiddy things), my main hobby is dollfies (I spent a large proportion of my salary collecting dollies ). And I LOVE using emotes a lot!

Hey guys

I'm currently a hospital pharmacist in cambridgeshire. Grew up in Northern Ireland - Degree from Queen's University, Belfast. Moved to GB to kickstart career (and because PSNI prefers split pre-reg and community really isn't for me!) Love being a pharmacist, but have to say i'm a little nervous about the outcome of all the debates which have arisen over the past few months, and the standing of the profession! But that'll all work itself out in the long grass.... won't it?!

Please, please, please if you have any doubts/thoughts/ideas/worries about any debates or govt dealings regarding pharmacy then let us know.

I am on the English Pharmacy Board and although I can get a general feeling of how people feel about things from reading posts I got elected on the "I'm listening" ticket, but I AM listening. Trouble is very few people are talking.

The profession is OUR profession and WE should all have a say in it.

You can post any thoughts publicly on this forum or send me messages via the private message area of this forum or use the links in my sign off.

Another EPB member started www.locumvoice.co.uk :: Index and she would also listen to your views via her forums or via her e-mail.

There are major changes ahead do you really want the decisions made by other people?
