please please could someone help me answer this question i have been hours searching the net for it
the prescription for clobetasone oint 20% with white soft paraffin x400g apply sparingly as directed
these are the questions am stuck on

describe how you would dispense this item including calculations weighing and dispensing procedures?
describe the records that you would keep and include a copy of the entry that you would make
describe how you would endorse this prescription?


i would be very gratful for any help or advice or even web pages that i could find the answer as i feel like giving up

if you search on the advance search section type in clobetasone all the answeris not there but think extemporously record book,i am only on moduler 6 so can we be buddies ?soory can help with the calculations .lillythe original post was on the 1st april and 1st march hope this helps you.please private message if you wish.

yeah i done it and posted it the calculations exam well hard thou waiting for results as we speak i am nearly 9 months behind now thou and just started module 12 year 2 which is rather hard especally the evidence colling of endorsements and the oxygen bit as we dont do oxygen in the pharmacy
