Morrisons or Independent Pharmacy?

I working in the moment for Morrisons Pharmacy,is ok.But someone offer me a job in independent pharmacy.
i just want to know if that would be better? or worst?
Please guys tell me something about this,what would be better,stay in Morrisons or move to independent pharmacy,oo i forgot to add i`m dispenser.

Do you like working in Morrisons? Do you get on with your fellow employees? Are you happy with the number of hours that you can work there, your wages, working conditions etc?

Will working in the independent be a better situation for you? Will you be working for a relative/friend? If so, what happens when they want you to work extra time, change holidays or generally disrupt your life? Will you still be friendly afterwards if you refuse or will they hold a grudge?

A colleague of mine moved from Asda to a relations' pharmacy and came back two weeks later pleading to get her job back because she hated working there even though it was better money and more hours. Can you do a few shifts in the independent to see how things work out before making a binding decision?

Depends on the independent. I've worked for several chains and indies in my career
Overall I would take a good indy over a good chain (are there any nowadays?) anytime.

check your benifits and rights..Morrisons are going to be easier with any family problems or problems that may arise in future or the indy?
