hi i need to write a report about a docket system i have found out a little information about it that it is issued to customer ie if customer is waiting or calling back patient has paid or to pay is there anything else i need to no about this system thankyou sezza

You will often see simple systems in place at meat and fish counters in supermarkets. Ideally, docket should have a unique serial nbr. you should record name, brief address, except in area with lots of Patels. If a call back necessary because item is special order, then ensure have contact phone nbr. When handing out check details against script. Some record multiple scripts on single docket, should put nbr of forms.

thankyou johnep thats great i wouldnt no about systems at meat or fish counters because 1 i dont do the shopping me hubby does and 2 the smell would knock me sick lol sezza

Morrisons and Tescos use docket systems AFAIK - boots used to (at some point in the past) BUT don't bother any more - i'm guessing the time taken to fill out a docket could be better used eg dispensing!!?? -

hi gaz thankyou for your reply your right i think a docket system sounds a bit of a pain and time could me spent else where and yes no means know typed it like i was sending a text message sezza
