    Waiting time

Hi, Just wanted to ask if anyone knows how long it normally takes to get work back from Buttercups. Am doing the NVQ3 course and sent work in on the 23rd of August, but still havent heard anything back. Its the first time ive submitted anything so am not sure how long it normally takes...although on the website it says 7 working days. Have got more work waiting to go in, but just wanted the earlier stuff back so that I know i'm doing it how they want it.
The 'Access your results' section has been down since Thursday night...its not coming up on my own PC or the one at work. I dont want to be ringing them and pestering in case this is a usual amount of time to wait, so just thought i'd ask on here.
    Many thanks.

I don't think ringing them would be pestering them at all. To put your mind at rest, call them and let them know your position. It will do no harm, and at least give you a timeline for your future submissions, especially if they currently have a backlog.

Honestly, if you phone them theyre really helpful and can normally give you an idea of how long you should expect to wait. I phoned to check on my work last month and was told they were a bit delayed cos all theyre students had submitted lots of work over the summer break which lead to a delay. How are you doing, are you enjoying it? I'm just sending off my module 6 so wont expect an instant response! Hope it goes ok, Deb

    Re: Waiting time

Thanks everyone, I took your advice in the end and rang them. They said they just back-logged at the moment and they'll try and get it marked by end of week. One of my items went to an outside worker at end of August and they trying to locate it though, so fingers crossed!
Only started in July so am only on Module 5. Found Module 3 the most difficult so far...dreaded atoms, lol!
Hope its all going well for everyone ....thanks for all your help x
