hi guys

i'm a little bit stuck what to write to this question;

Identify two types of customers, internal and external

I dont know if this is right internal customers will be managed repeats and tray patients and external are doctors nurses and carers??

Staff usually get a discount. However, not supposed to buy for friends, just for family.

internal customers are people who work for the same company as you external customers are for eg person coming in for a prescription or person wanting advice etc
