definately dont feel guilty! It will benefit them as well after all, Mine should be 2-4 straight after lunch on a tuesday..we'll see, Ive already told the pharmacist I am owed 2 hours from last week.

I had to do it really quick, cuz my pharmacist is going to be off for 2 weeks from next week.. so I gave myself a week for the workbook and started assessment from 2nd week.. I was half way through with the assessment and my pharmacist told me to get the most of them done by Tuesday so that she can have a look on her day off(Wednesday) before she goes off on holiday.. so I'm in real hurry on this one..whether my work would be good enough for the marker, that's a different question though..![]()
Fight for it.. don't lose them.. it can be quiet tough but like you said, it'll be a benefit for them as well... mine's gonna be really difficult cuz in our dispensary there are 5 people who need study time now.. me, pre-reg and 2 trainee dispensers and another tech trainee from Nov.. it's going to be interesting..
good luck with your study time!![]()
ive had 2 hours 45 minutes training in work time so far and i wont hold my breath for much more lol, we do roughly 1800 items a week in walk in pharmacy with me and a 1 pharm-tech (no pre-reg) and locum pharmacists because my tutor is working in mds which roughly do another 1800 a week. i wont be working with my tutor until january when the ACT comes back, so getting any time together is near impossible
ive not had any time in store to study a quick 5mins with my pharmacist before the shop opens thats about it for me.
Its really not good enough is it. We cant really be expected to do it all in our own time I dont think can we?? If they are happy for you to do the course and pay for it then surely they should find some time.
