Medicines for veterinary use
Hi, I'm currently doing the above module as part of Buttercups' level 2 equivalent course for Dispensing Assistants.
One of the workbook activities (11.3) wants me to calculate a price for a vet prescription for Stronghold Cat 45mg (1 box of 3 tubes) - how would you find out the trade price for this? I've written out all the steps for calculating the markup and VAT etc, but the PMR and C+D don't list the product so I've no idea what the cost price would be.

Re: Medicines for veterinary use
Google is your friend.
However I expect all they are looking for is the formula: Trade Price + Dispensing Fee + Any Mark Up + VAT.
