unit 5

hi all im just starting unit 5 and got to get a move on as im behind i no how to fill in book and need at least 3reports from each element can anybody give me any tips on what you wrote about and evidence used thanks sezza

Hi Sezza,
I wrote about doing 1 thing when asked by pharmacist to do something else, had prioritse which to do 1st, and evidence of task asked to do. Also colleague helping by sorting through prescriptions just recieved from surgery & putting thngs we needed to order on top of pile so could order before having to send order (from memeory it covers support from a colleuage and things needed to be done by a time) copied prescription needed to order for. Pharmacist gave me an apprasial (1st time ever) and then we reviewed after a few weeks to show progress made. If you need more ideas let me know and I'll go through my work.

I usually find that the thinking about it bit is the worst part, and just have to knuckle down & get on with it..easier said than done! This site is great tho when you're stuck on ideas- I often look at old posts. Good luck. Gin
