Missed a Unit 1 K

I posted Unit 1 & Module 16 Saturday- hurray- then realised mid-conversation today that I forgot to write a report about how a ticketing system can work! Bother...all I can do is sit and wait I suppose

hi greenmonkey ive looked in unit 1 and it says element 1 issue prescription receipt using docket system if u dont use this system write report on how u think it will work hope this helps sezza

Yeah that'st the 1 I meant- handing out a ticket when you take in a prescription from a patient. We don't have a system like that, but they used to & I was going to ask about it at work and then do a Pharm Assessment- and somehow completely forgot! That's what happens when you write a to-do list at 11pm I suppose.

Hey Ginny,

I am not sure how the NPA would feel about it but if you are really worried about that pharmacy assessment for that standard you missed, why don't you ring up NPA and explain that you forgot to attach it or something and would it be possible to submit it to the marker now -I am sure its happened before in the past - just a thought - got my fingers crossed for you though Krisi x

I got mine back today & it was all ok!! Just waiting for Module 16 to come back now. I'm so so happy- no more evidence reports
